The Skilled Nursing Facility, Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center previously located on the RHD campus relocated to Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton (formerly Trinity Medical Center) campus in February, 1986. Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center expanded its licensure to 180 beds, is located in a free-standing facility, owned and operated by Dynasty Healthcare Management, LLC. The facility also provides expanded recreational and occupational therapy. The facility occupies a 5.8 tract directly north of Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton. The facility is ground-leased for 30 years from Metrocrest Hospital Authority.
