Mr. Flatt is the President of First National Bank Sachse. He is Chairman of the Carrollton Civil Service Commission. Mr. Flatt serves on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee and Governance Committee. Mr. Flatt has served as Chairman of the Board of Metrocrest Hospital Authority 1992 & 1993.
